This Privacy Statement is about the way our company treat the privacy aspects of any data you share with us. It goes without saying that we respect the privacy of all people we engage with and ensures that their personal data are treated confidentially. Processing personal data is done in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
We process personal data for the purpose of good business operations.
We process personal data on the following legal grounds:
We only share personal data with an external party if necessary, for the operational execution of our business. The external party may only use these data for the performance of the service in question. We will always ask these external parties to sign a processing agreement including a confidentiality clause.
We store personal data in various applications that meet the GDPR requirements.
We keep personal data for up to three years after the coaching process has been completed. Some data must be retained for a longer period in order to comply with legal obligations. These will be deleted after this extended period has expired. Other personal data may be retained for our regular business operations.
We are responsible for the processing of personal data of our clients and other people with whom we do business.
