Nina Schouten

A strategic trusted member

Nina is the founder of OKER Consulting, a seasoned People and Culture Leader with extensive international experience. She helps organisations build a people-first environment in which employees are engaged and motivated to get the best out of themselves and the organisation. Nina has considerable experience in organisational change management, team development, leadership culture and organisational culture. Nina partners with you, and is acknowledged for being a strategic trusted member of your management team. 


Nina’s career has been dedicated to making positive change for organisations and individuals. She began her career in the energy industry, and offers expertise in an array of people including culture transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, performance, talent management, and leadership transformation.

As a coach, Nina uses a whole-person approach to with with you to identify goals and hold you accountable towards success. Nina is supportive, direct, and will challenge you to accomplish.
